This low formed off the coast and rapidly went the opposite way that it should have went. This "fujiwhara" event caused the low to make landfall over New Kykanta Coastal Zone 1 on 87.8. The low flooded the area affecting what seems to be around 1500 inhabitants. There are 5 confirmed fatalities. The low moved back over water as it dissipated and was absorbed by the low it was interacting with.
